CodeApto delivers professional services and software under written statements of work. Fees, milestones, and any refund language live in those agreements.
Consulting, implementation, and managed-services fees are billed against the statement of work you sign. Unless that document says otherwise, prepaid work is applied to delivered time and milestones-not refunded as unused credit.
Platform subscriptions and retainers follow the order form or master agreement in force. Cancellation, credits, and true-ups are handled as written there.
If a charge looks incorrect, contact us promptly with the invoice number. We will review delivery records and the governing contract before issuing any adjustment.
